What is PSO?
Prestonwood Sports Organization (PSO) was established in 1999 to provide an opportunity for children to learn about soccer, sportsmanship and teamwork in a loving and supportive atmosphere.
What is an Ambassadors Skills Clinic?
PSO is pleased to work with the local chapter of the Christ centered global soccer ministry Ambassadors Football under the leadership of global soccer missionary Stef van Meerveld. He has coached the well received skills clinics for the last 3 years. The Ambassadors Skills Clinic is open to all players from all levels even if they are not playing with PSO soccer.
1. Ambassadors Soccer Skills Clinic is for children in Pre-K to 4th grade
2. The clinic focuses on individual soccer skills development (ball mastery in the context of the game of soccer).
3. At the start and at the end of the clinic, the coaches will pray with the players and share a 1-minute Bible based team talk.
4. Please wear shin guards and cleats. Bring water and your own pumped soccer ball (PreK-K) size 3 and (1-4th Grade) size 4
5. After you sign up, you will receive a welcome email from Ambassadors Football to confirm that you have registered for the clinic and some things to know before coming out to the first session.
Why Ambassadors Soccer Skills Clinic?
- "Coach Stef and his staff were amazing in helping my daughters grow a love for the game of soccer and to learn more about God at the same time."
- "The skills clinic is just what my son and daughter needed to improve in their soccer skills and doing it in a fun, safe and positive environment with Christian coaches as role models."
- "Coach Stef was able to engage my son and daughter at their level and saw weekly improvement and excitement to go attend his session."
